Las Vegas

Fabulous Las Vegas Nevada

Duplicate Card

This card arrived from a member on Postcrossing, with a note that they have changed the tariff for sending postcards so she did not think that the original card she had sent me would arrive so she sent another one.  When I went to register it, it was a duplicate so the original card did get to me, despite the change in tariffs!

Postcrossing Private Swap

I got this card in a private swap, a member wanted a Connecticut Map card and this is the card that they sent me in exchange.

The car is from Enkhuizen. The building was built in 1540, originally meant to be a fort, and now it is a history museum. The lady in front is a joke from the photographer.

Bookish Delights swap

This is my 2nd card from the Bookish Delights swap from Pauline in the Philippines. It features a map with photos of many locations around the border.

Postcard Cafe Trades

The following are some cards I got in return for “offers” I had made of some extra cards that I had!

Did you know?
These beautiful members of the bean family, or Fabaceae, were introduced to the Martitimes from the Mediterranean as ornamental plants.  Since then, they have escaped carefully planned cultivation and are common in the wild. If left unpicked they tend to multiply and can cover a larger area each year, growing up to 60 centimeters tall.
Part of the East Coast experience has come to include appreciating the stunning colour and beauty of lupins seen along the highways of the Maritimes
